Located only 5 min from Byron town centre, This is a beautiful newly built house that has everything you need for your home away from home.
Polished timber floor, high ceilings, lots of natural light, beautiful natural stone bathroom & big balcony.
The space includes two bedrooms and a study with big beautiful windows that makes a very comfy bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. It has a queen bed in one of the bedrooms and two single beds in the second bedroom, the study can be used for kids or adults with a single bed or a portable cot.
This is the top floor of a two story family house and is fully self contained. You will only share a driveway.
This is a very quite, family friendly neighbourhood. Its less then five minutes drive to town, restaurants and cafes and less only 10 min walk to tallows or clarks beach.
There is a little park 500 m down the road for the kids to play, you can easily walk or bike from here to town.
Public transport is available but you will be faster walking, the cab ride from her to town won't cost any more than $10 either.
We have a list of favourite restaurants and activities and will be more than happy to share with our guests.
We can provide portable cot, high chair and pram at your request as well.
Respect our home like your own and respect the neighbours. We can't have big parties at the house and won't appreciate noise.
