Very busy restaurant in Byron Bay seeks a full time, permanent chef to work in a senior position reporting directly to the Head Chef.
Miss Margarita has experienced rapid growth and is one of Byron's 'go to' restaurants. It is a casual venue with fast, consistent food service. The food is freshly made daily to a high standard and recieves overwhelmingly positive reviews.

Ideally we are looking for a minimum of 3 years commercial kitchen experience with some exposure to the pass and leading shifts.
