Room Available In Sharehouse - Byron Bay in BROKEN HEAD, New South Wales for sale

We have a room available in our sharehouse located in Sunrise available on the 11th of April to share with a couple and one other, $175pw including bills + Wifi. Clean respectful house close to supermarket and bistro / tavern, Elements resort and local beach. 5 minute drive from town 10/15 bike ride with good bike path. Not a party house but not super strict either, age range is about mids twenties + though if your a cool person that should not matter, prefer female to balance out the house but will consider the right people also. Long term people required so please no short term applicants, prefer working or student. Room can be partly furnished with mattress and table. Please message for inquires
